Fire Tower Parking Lot Retaining Wall Contract No. MY-9

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.

Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

Bidders' attention is called to Sections B.12 and B.13 of the Documents.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The project consists of the demolition and removal of approximately 98 linear feet of existing stone retaining wall and the construction of a precast modular block gravity retaining wall. The work also includes the reconstruction of approximately 25 linear feet of existing stone retaining walls.
